How to be in present – fleeting moment!

Before we jump into our discussion about process of indulging in present moment. I want to share my experience in taking a step toward the trails of self exploration. 

( aka be A pause in a moment) 

Admist regular chorus of survival, Burnout fairly visible on Body. Constant pushing for more, collapse the machinery of neurons.

Muscle memory of hugging my sleeping pillow, saved the last hanging thread. Rhymic pendulum motion by body, calms the cells breakdown.

Warm sensation at every inch of skin, contrast the cold- rainy weather at outside. Train of thoughts settle for refuel, balanced the breathing cycle to placid state.

Rounds of applause witnessed through chirping of birds, droplets on puddle. The passage of flows make me LOVE -A- LITTLE MORE, ATTUNE – A- LITTLE MORE .

WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO ALLOW ALL ENERGY IN THAT MOMENT.

Knowing quite well the melancholy which happening at same time at some other place or even just few steps far to them. They choose to stay in that carefree passage of time.

Cause what’s the life you don’t appreciate a moment which right in front of you. You will continue to miss all others you’re yearning in future for. Wars never ends either inside you or outside in world. You have choose to pause & be the moment of life that you are in.

BEST RESPONSE YOU CAN GIVE TO YOURSELF & OTHERS.

1. Become a void & Be the moment as you are the one.

2 .Sense of doing one thing at a time . ( probably heard a lot but let it really apply for once just for yourself) . Take that rest you have been asking for. Let it sink in for instance.

3. Leaving the attacker mentality. You can’t change the consequences of other’s willing actions. BUT only can control your reaction which will come in best outcome when you are really there in ongoing one. ( the present mind).

4. Let your mind free from wandering around the WHAT IFS. Cause one of “what ifs ” is right in front & that’s slipping away while you be busy flipping pages of other ” What ifs “.

HOW IT WILL BE AFTERWARDS

Once you start doing it, your subconscious, mind & body will automatically picking this as habit as this truly align you with the flow of universe. A trying of one or two times will lead you to have a healthy pattern for own betterment.

The neurons will start responding rather than reacting in surprised moments.

You will have more patience with yourself & others who surrounds. The creativity within start flourishing for many more ideas.

The sense of constant catching new things just to fill the void / or our unwanted thoughts probably vanished. THE FLOW OF LIFE should not be underestimated. It’s magic when it happens to one. We tend to decrease the questioning for the consequences we face as life moves. You start making peace with it.
