Stepping out of Comfort Zone

As we move through in life. We faced things which pushed us to introspect within our behaviors’ patterns & rang an emergency call to pause for while, see around to catch up the knowledge & signs for our situations. To integrate our cycle to another one.

You will see everything is interconnected .

[ our old layer of skin need a shedding to claim & brighten the new one ]

So, here I am shading a light on comparing our life situations to ocean currents / waves on beach in order to gain a sense of relating with.

aka limiting beliefs within us projected from outsides. 

We will be taking about :-

CHALLENGES / SITUATIONS

SMALL CHANGES <=> LOW TIDES DAY

The small & at time one step which eventually sum up our efforts / actions to the way out of comfort zone ( aka a labelled box).

we tend to overlook at these tiny steps, thinking how can these be much effective on our results. Refuse to believe in those efforts just like in your small changes within you to a step closer of better version of self.

Calmer waves on shore show the nature of ocean. It brings pieces of it’s body from depth to surface for acknowledgement. Ignoring those pieces will never be a solution.

the info, we can collect during the preparation is must & should not be ignored . It’s always calm before storm knock at your door carrying anxiety & fear of judgement in the wind of it. Don’t worry, that part will be sorted too.

BIG CHANGES <=> HIGH TIDES DAY

The time when everything seems to go South . It generates a sense of unknown to even take a step in any direction. It’s time when every aspect of yours bad / good vomits on your foot.

that can be quite overwhelming to just look at. [ RUSH = NEVER THE SOLUTION ] .

it’s the tower moment which meant to happen for a final step out of the cycle. Let it be.

but how can be get out of this situation.. Let’s talk about that below .

WHAT TO DO TO MAKE IT HAPPEN

You need to understand 2 things from here.

  1. Flow of life & stream
  2. actions on small habits & changes.

While carrying hints /true essence of situation & your lacking behavior of ” pattern breaking part ” .

when you acknowledge the pieces which have been shown on calmer days. Just absorb those in your subconscious. It will eventually float on surface when time come.

Allow the flow take the charge of it. Don’t resist it.

& when you get the kick to start that engine of new cycle  , your all those hints and pieces will join together in making of whole picture. 

that’s the time you push out that zone. 

EXPERIENCE OF MINE

Most of time, I work on that certain project which out of my limitations of mind but never of soul. These always come to breaking point when my frustrating self appears & make the change happen.

when the anxiety, procrastination cross the sky above . ( typical human behavior)

these create a fear within which become hard to cope with time if not change it 180° around. So, I always ask myself one thing.

Do it now Or
Will keep hanging on anxiety & fear.

But you still have to do it anyway. Then why not now.

TOOLS YOU NEED TO CONNECT WITH FLOW

Grasp that hobby of your which feels serene& let you flow in motion of waves.

Take care of yourself. Don’t be too harsh . Let it come on day when sun brights on surface , clouds roam around just by the push of breeze, let the nature play with it.

Feel the flow & believe in yourself ( even if everything falling apart)

Fool your mind, make it believe by faking it.

You can do it.
